Following the Book of Common Prayer, Rite I, this service offers a quiet and gentle way to start your day. Each week we share Holy Communion and hear a sermon from a priest. The service is all spoken, with no music, and usually lasts about 45 minutes.
Sunday School for children in kindergarten through 4th grade and Youth Study Groups for 5th-12th grades are held on the lower levels. Classes and discussion groups for adults are held in Powell Hall and the Library on the main level.
Our larger service follows the Book of Common Prayer, Rite II, and features organ music, traditional hymns, and a combination of the Chancel Choir, Junior Choir, Youth Celebration Singers, and the Bell Choir! At the start of the service children 4-11 are invited to Children's Chapel in Powell Hall. Each week we share Holy Communion and hear a sermon from a priest. The service usually lasts about an hour.
This intimate service seeks to be a fresh expression of church – blending the best of the Episcopal Church’s tradition, with a contemporary feel. Every week we share Communion and a reflection by a priest. Led by guitars, keyboard and bass, the music provides energy and a spirit-filled worship experience, leaving you refreshed to start a new week. This service usually lasts45 minutes.
