The Daughters of the King are Episcopal women who pledge themselves to a life-long program of daily prayer, service and evangelism. Our local chapter maintains a prayer list and is active with various service projects, including a prayer ministry for men and women in prison in Taft, OK and participating in Adopt-a-DHS-Worker. They maintain a food closet for people without a cooking facility, as well as hosting receptions for various occasions at the church.
Daughters of the King meet the first Thursday of the month at 9:00 am in the Fox Library and attend the 10:00 am healing service. They provide refreshments for the group that gathers in the Common Room after the healing service. It is open to women of all ages.
