Throughout history labyrinths have been considered special, holy places. Our labyrinth is not just for the parishioners at Saint John’s. It is open for all to walk, enjoying the shade of the trees and the sound of water. We invite you to think, pray or meditate in whatever manner you feel prompted by the Holy Spirit.
At the center of our Labyrinth, stop to be present to God and on your way out, prepare to enter once again into the hubbub of life with a little more of a sense of calm as you leave to go about your day. Before or after walking, or at any time at all, sit on the benches and enjoy a gentle breeze and a place for prayer.
For some walking a labyrinth is a new experience. For others, a regular practice. For everyone each walk will be different. We hope you will find yourself renewed in body, mind and spirit and that you will walk our labyrinth often and bring others to walk it with you.
