Our Commitment Campaign 2017 for St. John's Church begins this year on Sept. 18th and concludes Nov. 19th, Commitment Sunday.

We are highlighting four areas this year: Music, Church and Grounds, Outreach, and Children, Youth, and Young Adult Programs.

Let us joyfully commit to Christ to hear and obey His call for us to do our part through Saint John's Church.

Over the past few weeks, we've shared videos featuring our fellow parishioners detailing the impact the programs at Saint John's have had on their lives. This week, you'll hear from me as we officially launch the 2018 Commitment Campaign.
The Vestry has undertaken an ambitious goal of focusing additional resources next year on three areas:
  • Children & Youth Ministries
  • Building & Grounds Maintenance
  • Employment of an Associate Rector to focus on building the congregation
The increased cost of these programs is estimated to be $300,000 - increasing our operating budget from $1.1 million to $1.4 million. The need is there! The enthusiasm is there! The ability to fund these programs is there!
Remember, all these funds are designed to further the work of Jesus Christ in our community and abroad. Please join us as we answer God's call.
I also invite you to join us this Thursday at 7pm for ourMission Possible Launch Dessert Party - a festive way to kick-off our campaign. Details follow below.

Saint John's makes it easy for you by providing three methods of giving:

  2. ACH Electronic transfer through your bank (see our parish administrator for details)
  3. Click here to donate online. With tithe.ly, you'll get the chance to make a one-time contribution or set up a recurring donation. You'll also have the option to cover the nominal processing fee yourself.
